Diving

6. Pennant Point to Cape North - No person shall fish for scallops by means of diving during the period from August 15, 2005 to September 15, 2005 in that portion of Halifax County East of Pennant Point (longitude 63 degrees 39 minutes West) to Cape North, Victoria County (season open from January 1, 2005 to August 14, 2005 and from September 16, 2005 to December 31, 2005 and from January 1, 2006 to April 30, 2006).

7. Halifax County West of Pennant Point and Lunenburg County - (A) Subject to item 6 (B) and 6 (C), No person shall fish for scallops by means of diving during the period from May 1, 2005 to October 17, 2005 in that portion of Halifax County West of Pennant Point (longitude 63 degrees 39 minutes W) (season open from January 1, 2005 to April 30, 2005 and from October 18, 2005 to December 31, 2005 and from January 1, 2006 to April 30, 2006.
